Abstract

We prove Gaussian upper and lower bounds for the fundamental solutions of a\nclass of degenerate parabolic equations satisfying a weak Hormander condition.\nThe bound is independent of the smoothness of the coefficients and generalizes\nclassical results for uniformly parabolic equations\n
