We derive the asymptotical dynamical law for Ginzburg-Landau vortices in an\ninhomogeneous background density under the Schr "odinger dynamics, when the\nGinzburg-Landau parameter goes to zero. New ingredients involve across the\ncores lower bound estimates and approximations.\n
