This project is a scoping review that examines the effects of high-fidelity simulation in nursing obstetrics for undergraduate nursing students. Based on an analysis of 15 studies published between 2018 and 2024, the review concludes that high-fidelity simulation was effective in improving nursing students’ critical thinking skills, self-efficacy, obstetric knowledge, technical skills, non-technical skills, clinical judgment, learning attitude, confidence, and empowerment, as well as reducing stress.
