Objective: To analyze coping strategies and problem-solving among parents and/or caregiver of children and adolescents undergoing oncological treatment within the family care context. Method: A scoping review was conducted following the recommendations of the Joanna Briggs Institute and the Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses Extension for Scoping Review (PRISMA-ScR) from 2014 to 2024, using the SCIELO, LILACS, CINAHL, SCOPUS, Web of Science, and PUBMED databases. Publications available in full and free electronic format in Portuguese, English, and Spanish were included, with data collection using a validated form and uploaded onto the Rayyan web application. Excluded were abstracts, editorials, opinion articles, books, monographs, dissertations, theses, blog posts, theoretical articles, and reflection articles. Data analysis was tabular, and interpretation was descriptive-narrative, with tables and statistics developed presenting absolute and relative frequencies.
