this scoping review aims to identify and synthesize existing cadaveric literature on the morphometry and morphology of medial surface sulci of the human cerebral hemisphere. specifically, the review focuses on the cingulate, paracingulate, and calcarine sulci, which are critical landmarks for neuroanatomical, radiological, and neurosurgical applications. Despite their clinical relevance, a consolidated overview of the morphometric data- such as length and depth variations, hemispheric differnence, and demographic correlations of these sulci in cadaveric specimens is lacking. Therefore, this review will summarize measurement techniques, anatomical variability and pattern reported across studies. The review will be conducted following the Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI) methodology for scoping review and reported using PRISMA-ScR checklist. Data will be extracted and organized into structured charting table. The outcome of this review will help define current anatomical knowledge, identify literature gap, and guide future research in neurosurgical and radiological planning.
