We define a new observable that depends on finite redshift differences of the\nspin-weighted angular moments of the two point function of the three\ndimensional cosmic shear and on luminosity distance. It is shown that precise\nmeasurements of our observable will be able to tightly constrain the expansion\nhistory of the universe.\n
