We summarize theoretical calculations of Bc decays and lifetime in the framework of QCD sum rules and compare the results with the estimates by the methods of Operator Product Expansion in the inverse heavy quark masses as well as of potential quark models. The agreement of estimates in the various approaches is discussed. The features of Bc decay modes are considered.
