Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research article analyses George Orwell’s Opponent to communism of Russian socialists through the Animal farm (1945) and Nineteen eighty four (1949). The issue of this research article is formulated as follows: what does George Orwell push to depict the Russian communism as a totalitarian system of governance? What kind of ruling system Orwell wishes his readers to admire? The purpose of the current research paper seeks to elucidate to reader George Orwell and the British political leaders’ opponent to Russian socialist communism throughout his two allegoristic novels. The result of this research paper demonstrates the allegorical depiction of Russian communism on one hand and George Orwell’s perspective on communism on the other hand. This research study has used the qualitative study to examine linguistic manipulation in George Orwell’s two fictions. It runs on the Marxist criticism as a research theory.
