Abstract

Mycoagra: Interest of Mycorrhization in agricultural and agroforestry practices Among the soil microbial communities capable of forming symbiotic associations with roots, arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) are a "key" component of plant-soil relationships. Mycorrhizae allow better access to nutrients and help plants to better resist environmental stresses (drought, salinity, pathogen attacks...). However, plant responses to this type of interaction can be modulated by the mycorrhizal fungi involved. Within the Mycoagra project, a set of support plots were sampled from a network of farms to study the mycorrhization of walnut orchards according to the cropping method (conventional with synthetic inputs, organic, and conventional or organic with intercultural plant cover practices, agroforestry). The aim was to identify practices favourable to mycorrhization in order to provide recommendations for cultivation.
