Biology explains the mechanisms of life but does not fully answer foundational questions about the origin of life, consciousness, coordinated cellular behavior, plant intelligence, and the moment of death. This research paper proposes a scientific-spiritual model in which the soul serves as the primary source of life-energy, intelligence, organization, and consciousness in living organisms. The paper addresses biological mysteries that remain unexplained in conventional science and provides a soul-based framework that unifies human life, plant life, embryonic development, and cellular coordination.
