A theoretical framework for a receptor-level molecular brain–machine interface based on nanoscale receptor-mediated transduction units (RMTUs). This project includes the conceptual paper, mathematical formulation, information-theoretic analysis, and a Python simulation of receptor-state dynamics. No claims of biological feasibility or practical implementation are made. The work is strictly conceptual.
