In this paper we consider the following class of elliptic problems -\n

mu(x) |u|p-2u , for x \∈\n\ℝN, 1<q<2<p<2^*-1= \(N+2)/(N-2), a\λ(x) is a\nsign-changing weight function, b\μ(x) has some aditional conditions, u\n\∈ H1A(\ℝN) and A:\ℝN \→\ℝN is a\nmagnetic potential. Exploring the Bahri Li argument and some preliminar results\nwe will discuss the existence of four solution to the problem in question.\n
