A new tuning mechanism is introduced in high-Q multimode photonic crystal\nresonators allowing to harness the resonant enhancement of the parametric\nresonance systematically. As a consequence, ultra-efficient stimulated and\nspontaneous Four Wave Mixing at continuous microWatt pumping levels are\nobserved, and the scaling with Q is demonstrated. Experimental results are in\nperfect agreement with an analytical model without fitting parameters.\n
