This work completes the dynamic formulation of the Methane Metauniverse MMU by determining the three internal cross coupling constants k23 k24 and k34 that connect the electric w2 magnetic w3 and volumetric w4 axes of the MMU tetrahedral oscillator. Each constant corresponds to a measurable resonance k23 to Larmor precession k24 to Zeeman splitting and k34 to the Lamb shift. The analysis shows that these effects are not separate interactions but orthogonal projections of a single geometric elastic tensor in four dimensional MMU space. All diagonal spring constants kC kS and kG are fixed by first principles from the Coulomb torsional and gravitational scales while the cross terms are quantitatively validated by experimental data. No adjustable parameters are introduced. The resulting differential system M wddot plus K w equals FB is now fully closed and self consistent linking the internal MMU geometry directly to measurable atomic and hyperfine phenomena. This provides a unified interpretation of the Larmor Zeeman and Lamb effects as elastic resonances of space itself.
