|V_ub| from B-> pi e nu

Abstract

I discuss the results for |V_ub| obtained from B→πe ν using the form factor f₊(q²) from QCD sum rules on the light-cone and unquenched lattice calculations; the shape of f₊(q²) is fixed from experimental data.
