Abstract

The supercharacter theory is constructed for the parabolic subgroups of GL(n,\Fq) with blocks of orders less or equal to two. The author formulated the hypotheses on construction of a supercharacter theory for an arbitrary parabolic subgroup in GL(n,\Fq).
