Abstract

Abstract: One of the main concerns in English foreign Language lessons has always been writing pedagogy. Teaching writing is a practice that frequently faces two challenges. On one hand, theoretical approaches seem struggling to find out their way to teach writing. On the other hand, the predominate practice of English foreign language pedagogy of writing sounds to be established on vague theoretical foundations and largely surrounded by traditional view of language teaching. Many teachers comprehend that they have to emphasize the context in which learners write frequently and consistently. Therefore, this paper is aimed to peruse the benefits of dialogue journal writing in improving English foreign language learners’ writing skill. Keywords: dialogue journal (DJW), writing skill, English as a foreign language (EFL), English Foreign language learners.
