Abstract

AbstractWe present a zero-parameter hybrid model for non-singular (regular) black holes, authored by Harvey Williams. This work merges an infinite tower of higher-curvature gravitational terms (Bueno et al. 2025) with a neutrino-sourced relational scalar field (gϕgϕ). While the gravitational tower ensures mathematical smoothness and ghost-free interiors, the scalar field—sourced by the local neutrino number density (nνnν)—provides the physical scale for the core radius (rcorercore). Key Advancement: The Trigger-Response MechanismThis record (Version 2.0.0) resolves a critical "Timing Tension" in black hole physics. We identify that the microscopic neutrino-floor core acts as a high-frequency resonator (e.g., 40.8 m for M87*) ringing at 3.7 MHz. This core serves as the "Micro-Trigger" for macroscopic reconnection events (such as the 20-hour period observed in M87* magnetic flips). Observational Predictions M87 (SMBH):* A discrete 3.7 MHz signal, hidden from Earth-based radio by the ionospheric "Plasma Screen Effect," detectable via space-based/lunar radio interferometry (e.g., LuSEE-Night). Stellar-Mass BHs: A 2.0 PHz resonant "hump" in the Extreme UV or Soft X-ray spectrum. High-z Galaxies (LRDs): Isotopic suppression signatures (13C/12C≤10−313C/12C≤10−3) in gas surrounding early-universe black holes. Included FilesThis upload contains the full derivation across scales, the dynamical collapse equations, a comparison to pure-gravity models, and the final research paper detailing the Right-Hand Side (RHS) extension of General Relativity.
