Abstract

Il contributo apre i lavori della tavola rotonda sui profili professionali dei beni culturali e dei musei dopo l’emanazione del D.M. 244 del 2019. Si ricostruisce la lunga e articolata vicenda relativa al tuttora mancato riconoscimento delle figure professionali dei musei a partire dalla fine del secolo scorso fino ai più recenti decreti normativi e alle attività promosse dalle organizzazioni di settore. The paper opens the work of the round table discussion on the professional profiles of cultural heritage and museums after the issuing of Ministerial Decree no. 244 of 2019. The long and articulated story concerning the still unrecognised professional figures of museums is reconstructed from the end of the last century until the most recent regulatory decrees and the activities promoted by the sector’s organisations.
