Abstract

Polarization observables for the A(e,e'NN) and A(\γ,NN) reactions are a\npowerful tool to study nucleon-nucleon correlations in the nuclear medium. In\nthis paper, model calculations for the ⁴He(e,e'pp),\n¹⁶O(\e,e'\pp), ¹⁶O(\e,e' \pn) and\n¹²C(\\γ,\pN) reactions are presented. The sensitivity of the\ndifferential cross sections and polarization observables to central and\nspin-dependent nucleon-nucleon correlations is discussed.\n
