The analysis of the variability of the perception of the Rise of the European Extreme-Right is an attempt to explain the shift in European political balances in favor of the rise of these political movement. Two explanations are put forward, the effects of which are sometimes "simple", sometimes "interaction": on the one hand, European and/or non-European migratory pressure and on the other hand the loss of sovereignty or its revival explain the rise, in Europe and almost everywhere of the “Extreme-Right brand” and which promises fear, national discord, without any credible political program.
