We report twelve species of Ascomycota new to Sweden found during fieldwork 2020–2025. The species are: Dactylospora scapanaria, Gemmina gemmarum, Hypoxylon ticinense, Lomaantha folliculata, Lophiostoma jotunheimenense, Octospora schumacheri, Orbilia crenatomarginata, Phaeosphaeria lindii, Pseudographiella variiseptata, Scutellinia hyperborea, Thozetella rivularis and Venturioscypha nigropila. A new host is reported for Lophiostoma jotunheimenense. New information for Pyrenopeziza capsulicola is given with pictures of the type. Some species previously not found in the province of Lule lappmark are also reported and we also list all additional Ascomycota found in Padjelanta National Park in 2024. Finally, six possibly new species to science are discussed and briefly described.
