In this paper we take into account the effect of the magnetic moment on the Yukawa and Coulomb interaction between particles. We find that the Yukawa's and Coulomb's laws are modified by a factor cosine, whose argument depends on the magnetic moment of the particles and also, on the distance between the two particles. The obtained results are applied to ferromagnetism and are in a good agreement with experimental data.
