Abstract Objective: This review examined screening frailty tool among women with haemodialysis, including how to screen frailty multidimensional in physical, psychological, and social. Introduction: Frailty is becoming more widely acknowledged as a critical concern among patients with chronic kidney disease and those undergoing haemodialysis. However, there is no consensus on the most suitable instrument for evaluating frailty in this population, despite its significance. Inclusion criteria: The eligible population included women with chronic kidney disease and haemodialysis. The concept of interest was chronic kidney disease and haemodialysis related to multidimensional frailty. The context was haemodialysis in the hospital. Eligible studies included quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods studies. Methods: The Open Science Framework will be used in this study. This research employed four data sources: PubMed, ScienceDirect, Medline, and EBSCO. The inclusion criteria comprise primary research and research articles in English, published between 2015 and 2025, and full texts that are freely accessible. The exclusion criteria include scoping review articles and literature reviews. In this study, researchers applied Boolean logic by employing several phrases connected by the Boolean operators "AND" "OR" and "NOT." The researchers used the Population Concept Contextual Inquiry framework to identify keywords for the literature review. This study utilized the keywords "elderly/aged/older adult AND questionnaire / instrument / measurement / tools AND frailty AND dialysis / haemodialysis." Two researchers independently conducted the screening and data extraction for each publication with Covidence software. The researchers identified 14 articles that met the research criteria.
