The purpose of this short paper is to extend the data set of known Yokuts “imperative pronouns”, as well as comment briefly on some observations in Gamble (1993). Imperative pronouns are personal pronouns that refer to the commanded persons in an imperative clause. Striking in the Yokuts case is that they either do not or only to a limited degree share morphemes with any second person personal pronoun morpheme and that they display much greater Yokutsan-internal variation than the normal pronouns do, to the extent that there are three or four different stems involved.
