Abstract

Bulk RNA sequencing (MiSeq, Illumina PE; 2x250 bp; ~4.6-6.5 million reads per sample) of human pulmonary artery (pulmonary trunk) samples from healthy-heart controls (Donor samples 1-8), patients with left heart disease without pulmonary hypertension (LHD w/o PH samples 1-5), and patients with pulmonary hypertension due to left heart disease (PH-LHD samples 1-15). Not-normalized (raw) data.
