In this paper, we prove a Lefschetz-Riemann-Roch theorem for singular projective schemes which admit diagonalisable group scheme actions, this result generalizes P. Baum, W. Fulton and G. Quart's Lefschetz-Riemann-Roch theorem for singular varieties (cf. \citeBFQ) to general scheme case.
