Abstract

The nonlinear dynamics of a microbeam-rigid body gyroscope are investigated\nby using a continuation method. To study the nonlinear dynamics of the system,\nthe Lagrangian of the system is discretized and the reduced-order model is\nobtained. By using the continuation method, the frequency-response curves are\ncomputed and the stability of response is determined.\n
