Abstract

The regions of pair particle energies and emergence angles in the process of photoproduction of electron-positron pairs in the coulomb field by polarized photons are found in which a value of cross section asymmetry is essentially large. The distributions of pair particles on energy and on angles are calculated by the Monte-Carlo method. The obtained results for pair particle yield and asymmetry permit us to conclude that on their basis can be developed a new effective method for polarized photon polarimetry.
