As we all know, the challenges facing our healthcare system are enormous, ranging from an aging population to a deficit of qualified staff. In recent years, employees in the nursing sector have been the focus of particular attention. However, other professions in the healthcare sector are also becoming increasingly important and gaining in significance. This article, based on a report from the Göttingen Medical Library, shows how these professional groups are viewed and treated as (new) customers and what synergies already exist, particularly at the administrative level, to pool resources and thus create added value for all.
