This work presents The Resonance Framework, a foundational model proposing that universal structures — from fundamental physics to complex systems — follow a structured resonance pattern encoded as 3 → 6 → 7 → 21 → 42. The framework argues for a signal‑ and harmonic‑based ontology of reality, where matter, energy, and informational dynamics emerge from nested resonance relationships rather than from conventional mechanistic laws. The paper develops the mathematical, conceptual, and philosophical underpinnings of this resonance-based cosmology, exploring implications for cosmology, quantum information, signal theory, and adaptive systems engineering. By framing reality as a layered resonant structure, the theory aims to unify phenomena across physical scales and provide a substrate for future experimental and technological exploration. Alongside the theoretical exposition, this project includes simulation data, figures (visualizations), and code to support and illustrate the resonance constructs, enabling reproducibility and further exploration by interested researchers.
