In this paper, we consider the 3d cubic focusing inhomogeneous nonlinear Schrödinger equation with a potential iu_t+Δu-Vu+|x|^-b|u|²u=0, (t,x) ∈ \bfR×\bfR³, where 0<b>K if V satisfies some additional assumptions.0‖_L²^2(1-s_c)‖H^(1)/(2)u₀‖_L²^2s_c&gt;K if V satisfies some additional assumptions.</b>
