Abstract

The scoping review aims to answer the research question: “What are the definition, dimensions, and characteristics of urban mobility resilience?” The review was conducted following the PRISMA-ScR guidelines. A comprehensive search was performed in two academic databases, Web of Science (WoS) and Scopus, in February 2025. The review includes studies that discuss resilience in the context of urban mobility, focusing on conceptual definitions, key dimensions, and measurable characteristics. Data extraction and synthesis was performed systematically, enabling the identification of trends, gaps, and areas for future research in the field. This registration documents the protocol and methodological approach of the scoping review, ensuring transparency, reproducibility, and adherence to established best practices in evidence mapping. This study was financed by the Brazilian National Council for Scientific and Technological Development - CNPq (Grants 407379/2022-3 and 306548/2022-4) and by the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES-Brazil) - Finance Code 001.
