Selected ALICE results on the global event properties, particle spectra, azimuthal anisotropy, heavy flavour and quarkonium production in Pb-Pb collisions at sqrt(sNN) = 2.76 TeV are presented. First results on p-Pb collisions at sqrt(sNN) = 5.02 TeV are briefly reviewed.
