Abstract

The non-instrumented endodontic technique using chloramphenicol, tetracycline, and zinc oxide (CTZ) paste has become established as a conservative alternative in pediatric dentistry for the treatment of primary teeth with pulp necrosis. Designed to simplify endodontic treatment, this technique leverages the antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties of its components, thus eliminating the need for mechanical instrumentation of the root canals. Its applicability is particularly valuable in settings with limited dental resources, where the goal is to provide effective and accessible solutions without compromising the quality of treatment.
