This repository contains the data acquired during the experimental part of my masters thesis: "Optical integration for surface ion traps, Michael Raffetseder 2026, University of Innsbruck" The thesis describes the photonic chip design used in the MILLENION project. It contains mostly camera / beam profiler images of a 729nm laser beam coupled out of the chip by means of a total internal reflection mirror. Additionally, simulations conducted with Ansys Lumerical are also included. A description of the directory structure and note taken during data acquisition are given in text files (README.md) The software used for data acquisition and analysis can be found at another Zenodo repository: 10.5281/zenodo.18170256
